Saturday @ Student Union (ah, the memories!)
Times and stuff like that:
6pm to 8pm: Dinner (constant finger food so people can move around and socialise; don't worry there will be heaps of food!)
8.30 to 9.15pm: "Formalities" (Welcome speech, oppurtunity for people to make SHORT speeches with funny Dingers stories, Dingers Yarn, Presentation of a Farewell and Thankyou Gift to Dingers)
9.30 to 12.00: Party on! Buses will be provided from 10.30pm till 12.00 to transport people to central locations in the Bendigo region
Drinks will be sold at the bar at SU prices (ie reasonable) no BYO food or drinks please
Entry Costs (covers venue hire, security, transport to Bendigo at end of night, contribution to the gift to Dingers) :
Before 8pm (ie Dinner included) $20 per person, kids free
After 8pm $5 per person, $2 for current students, kids free
Parking in Car Park 2 off Edwards Road
Sunday @ the lake (to be confirmed on Saturday Night)

Location Lake Weroona
10am to 2pm The idea of this is for a more low key, family friendly event for people to come and go, catch up and chat. BYO everything. There are BBQ's, shelters, play areas etc
